Saturday I had a chance to Photo my cousin and her daughter Paige...We had so much fun and Paige is a little sweetheart. I enjoyed her input. I always like to ask "where would you like to have your picture take at?". This is always fun with kids and Seniors. You always get some neat ideas and that gives also gives them some input into the photo shoot too. You never know what or where we might come up with taking their photo at...So I always learn new techniques from each one of my photo shoots!

Day One

Well I have done it! I have created a blog..now what do I do?? I hope to figure it all out so you can see all the great people and children I have been busy taking pictures of. I love being able to capture their memories and chapters in each one of their lives. I have especially enjoyed the babies I have gotten to do this winter. They are so precious. I hope you enjoy what I want to share!

Helpful Hints to making your photo session great!

When would be the best time for us to get our photos taken?

The best time to take outside pictures is early morning or later in the afternoon to try and avoid shadows

How long does it take to see my proofs?

I do proofs online which should cut the time for viewing to just a week. Then I will email you your link for you to share with family and friends.

What can I expect from my session?

FUN! We want to make this a wonderful experience for you!

What kind of things can I bring?

Hats, friends, pets, uniforms, musical instruments, hobbies, sunglasses, your car, letter jackets, etc. Whatever makes you unique.

What about hair, make up and glasses?

Bring glasses without frames if possible. Give a haircut or hairdo a couple of days to relax and grow out. Guys, remember to have a fresh shave. Gals, use slightly more make up, but don't overdo it.

What if it rains?

Go ahead with your indoor session as planned and we will do the outdoor session another day. Overcast days are just as good as sunny ones.
